摘要

Abstract

The purpose of the present study was to isolate,purify and identify antitumor compounds from the fermentation broth of Micromonospora FIM060152.The secondary metabolite was isolated and purified by macroporous resin column chromatography,silica gel chromatography and preparative chromatography;the structure was identified by physicochemical properties,LC-MS and NMR spectral data.The antitumor activity was detected by DNA damage.As a result,compound FIM060152-C1 was isolated from the strain and identified as CalicheamicinγI1.DNA damage exhibited that FIM060152-CL had strong antitumor activity on plasmid pBR322,with MIC value of 0.2 μg/mL.
