冷习服训练对新兵甲襞微循环和血浆NO含量的影响
Effect of cold acclimatization training on nail fold microcirculation and plasma NO in recruits
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of cold acclimatization training on nail fold microcirculation and plasma NO in recruits. Methods:Fifty new recruits in cold regions were divided randomly into two groups.Control group did normal training, the experimental group did cold acclimatization training. The changes of nail fold microcirculation and plasma NO were detected respectively before training and 30 days after training. Results:The length of loops, the input vessel diameter, the output vessel diameter and the loop top diameter in training group were notably larger(P <0.01),the integral nail fold microcirculation morphology and flow pattern were lower (P <0.05),plasma NO were larger (P <0.01),but blood stream state, erythrocyte aggregation score and total score was lower than those in control group(P<0.01).The integral flow pattern, blood stream state, erythrocyte aggregation score in control group after training was lower, plasma NO was higher than those before training (P<0.05),while other parameters showed no significant differences. The capillary configuration, blood flow regime and each individual value of the experimental group was significantly better than those in the control group after training, plasma NO was higher than control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:Through the local cooling combined with outdoor exercise time prolonging, nail fold microcirculation will have a good compatible change to the cold. The improvement of nail fold microcirculation status may be positively correlated with the increase of plasma NO.关键词
