Abstract
Objective:To study the correlation between NT-ProBNP and left ventricular diastolic function in acute cerebral infarction patients.Methods:A total of 273 acute cerebral infarction patients in our department 2013-03 ~ 2016-03 were selected as the case group,while 232 healthy cases were selected as control group.The NT-ProBNP of serum,ultrasonic index-Isovolumetric relaxation time(IVRT),mitral valve ring early diastolic peak velocity (Ea),mitral valve ring late diastolic peak velocity(Aa),mitral valve ring left atrial systolic velocity(A'),and Ea/Aa ratio were calculated.Results:The levels of NT-ProBNP and IVRT in case group is higher than those in control group,while the Ea/Aa is lower than that in control group (P < 0.05).There are linear correlation among NT-ProBNP,IVRT and Ea/Aa in acute cerebral infarction group(P<0.05).There are linear correlation among NT-ProBNP,IVRT and Ea/Aa in patients whose infarcts diameter >3 cm,large artery atherosclerosis and cardioembolism(P<0.05),in addition,the correlation are stronger in the acute cerebral infarction patients whose infarcts diameter > 5 cm and cardioembolism(P<0.01).Conclusion:There are linear correlation among NT-ProBNP,IVRT and Ea/Aa in acute cerebral infarction patients,and the linear correlation associates with infarction size and TOAST classification.关键词
