Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of different fracture treatment on prognosis of patients with femur neck fracture.Methods:A total of 180 patients with femur neck fracture during 2011 to 2014 were divided into 6 groups,including group A,group B,group C,group D,group E,and group F according to 3 methods such as Garden fracture types,fracture line inclination angle and fracture line location.Each group had 30 patients and were treated with hollow compression screw to fix and treat the fracture.The functional score of the hip joint and relevant adverse reaction information from all patients were compared.Results:Compared with the group A which categorized with Garden fracture types into type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ,except the group E which Pauwels angle of the fracture line inclination angle is less than 30 degrees,the other fracture comparison do have significanct differences.Group A and group E had highest excellent treatment rate(P ＜0.05).As to the adverse reaction,group B,group C and group F had most infection,the rates of deformity,bone un-connection and femoral head necrosis in group B were higher than those in the other groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Dividing the femur neck fracture patients into different fracture types can assist the medical personnel to make emergency plan in advance and improve the recovery and prognosis of the patients limbs function.关键词
