Abstract
Objective:To realize the structure of high risk factors in induced abortion and observe intervention effect of misoprostol pretreatment combined with ultrasonic guidance during operation.Methods:A total of 100 cases of induced abortion patients with high risk factors were selected from Oct.2014 to Dec.2015 in our hospital,all cases were divided into the observation group and the contrast group,50 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were putted misoprostol (400～600 μg) in the vaginal fornix 2 hours before induced abortion guided by ultrasound,the patients in the contrast group implemented traditional induced abortion.The operation time,the amounts of blood loss during operation,uterine contraction,intraoperative and postoperative complications in the two groups were analyzed statistically.Results:History of repeat abortions and caesarean section,excessive metrocampsis,cervical exposure and expansion difficulty accounted for more than half of all high risk factors of induced abortion.The operation time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the contrast group,the amount of blood loss during operation and intraoperative and postoperative complications in the observation group were significantly less than those in the contrast group,the uterine contraction in the observation group was significantly more obvious than that in the contrast group,there were statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The major high risk factors of induced abortion in primary hospital are history of repeat abortions and caesarean section,excessive metrocampsis,eervical exposure and expansion difficulty.Misoprostol pretreatment combined with ultrasonic guidance during operation have a significant effect on reduction of the operation risk.关键词
