Abstract
Objective:To contrast the effect by using Wuzi Yanzong soup combined with Co-Xuanju capsules and methyl testosterone,and Wuzi Yanzong soup separately on the treatment of male infertility caused by oligospermia or asthenospermia.Methods:A total of 159patients with male infertility caused by oligospermia or asthenospermia were divided into two groups,the treatment group with 92 cases who received Wuzi Yanzong soup combined with Co-Xuanju capsules and methyl testosterone,the control group with 67 cases who received Wuzi Yanzong soup separately,the effect before and after treatment were observed.Results:Compared the various parameters of semen quality before and after treatment,sperm count and (a + b)％ sperm had a significant difference in every group.The treatment group was significantly higher and the total effective power was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Wuzi Yanzong soup with Co-Xuanju capsules and methyl testosterone shows better effects than Wuzi Yanzong soup separately on the treatment of male infertility caused by oligospermia or asthenospermia.关键词
