摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the heat dissipation problem of the high-power LED,the numerical calculation method is used to study the flow heat interchange characteristic of the fluid inside the plain film heat sink. On the basis of the COMSOL Multiphys-ics platform,three different turbulence models were examined. On this basis,the comparative analysis for the heat dispersion performance of the heat sinks with continuous plain film and discrete plate film was carried on. The calculation results show that the accuracy of the standard k-? model is the highest;in comparison with the continuous plain film,the heat transfer coefficient of the discrete plate film is increased by 5%~10% and its resistance factor is decreased by 3.5%~7.12% when the inlet velocity is increased from 1 m/s to 9 m/s. This study provides the theoretical basis and calculation data for the optimization design of the heat sink structure.
