摘要

Abstract

A beam profiling system based on Al2O3 crystal scintillator and CCD camera was established for the measurement of transverse beam profile of pulsed ion beams.The diameter of the scintillation film is 15 mm, and its thickness is 0.5 mm.In order to reduce the background, the CCD camera worked in trigger mode.The temperature of the scintillation screen caused by the ion beam heating was calculated by the ANSYS program.Using this beam profiling system,the typical transverse beam profile of the D+ in a neutron tube was obtained.
