头针联合热敏灸治疗膝关节退行性变的疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of scalp acupuncture combined with thermal moxibustion in the treatment of knee joint degeneration.Methods A total of 96 patients who had been suffering knee joint degeneration and admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into two groups (n=48,respectively) according to the serial number of visits and the odd and even numbers.The control group was treated with scalp acupuncture,while the test group was treated with scalp acupuncture combined with thermal moxibustion.The post-treatment Lysholm score,clinical efficacy and excellency rate upon return visits between the two groups were compared.Results The post-treatment Lysholm score 89.76 ± 9.17,ORR (91.67％) and excellency rate (95.83％) upon return visits in the test group were significantly better than those in the control group ((82.27 ± 10.82,64.58％ and 70.83％ respectively;P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Scalp acupuncture combined with thermal moxibustion can greatly improve the clinical efficacy of knee joint degeneration;the knee joint function and clinical symptoms of patients can be significantly improved and the excellency rate of return visits is high,which may help to improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
