Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of Qingre Lishi Tonglin Decoction combined with cefoselis in the treatment of acute urinary tract infection.Methods A total of 48 patients with acute urinary tract infection were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group (n=24,respectively).The two groups were discriminated as damp invasion of lower energizer.The control group was treated with cefoselis by intravenous drip,while the observation group was further treated with Qingre Lishi Tonglin Decoction.The two groups were treated for five days.After the treatment,the effects in the two groups were evaluated,and the positive rate of bacterial culture,bacterial clearance rate,symptom improvement time,the number of white blood cell and bacterial count between the two groups were compared.Results The ORR in the observation group was 95.83％,which was higher than the that in the control group (75.0％;P ＜ 0.05);there was no difference in the positive rate of bacterial culture between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05);the post-treatment bacterial clearance rate in the observation group was 100％,which was higher than that in the control group (71.43％;P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the time to return to normal temperature and urinary irritation extinction time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05),and the number of white blood cell and bacterial count were lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The treatment of acute urinary tract infection with Qingre Lishi Tonglin Decoction combined with cefoselis can effectively improve patients' clinical symptom,shorten the treatment time and has clear effects.关键词
