Abstract
[Abbstract] Objective To explore the clinical effects of trazodone combined with aerobic exercise in the treatment of female climacteric depression.Methods A total of 80 female patients with climacteric depression were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The observation group (n=41) was treated with trazodone hydrochloride combined with aerobic exercise,while the control group (n=39) was only treated with trazodone hydrochloride by oral administration.The improvement of climacteric depression by trazodone hydrochloride combined with aerobic exercise was evaluated according to the effects and hormone level after the treatment,HAMD scores and immune cell levels before and after the treatment.Results The ORR in the observation group was 95.1％,higher than that in the control group (74.3％;P ＜ 0.05).One and three months after the treatment,the HAMD scores in the two groups significantly decreased,and the HAMD score in the observation group was much lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05);one month after the treatment,the E2 level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,while the FSH level was much lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05);the post-treatment levels of CD4+T cell,CD4+/CD8+ and NK cell in the observation group increased greatly and were higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05),while the levels of CD8+T cell showed no change before and after the treatment;the levels of CD4+T cell in the control group increased greatly,while the levels of CD8+T cell,CD4+/CD8+ and NK cell had no significant change before and after the treatment (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Trazodone combined with aerobic exercise can effectively improve female climacteric depression,is maybe relevant to the regulation of hormone levels in patients and the promotion of the recovery of cellular immune function,and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
