Abstract
Objective To explore the effects and safety of flexible ureteroscope combined with holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of upper urinary calculi.Methods The data on patients who had been diagnosed as upper urinary calculi and treated with flexible ureteroscope combined with holmium laser lithotripsy in our hospital from June 2012 to March 2016 were reviewed.The effects and safety of the operation were summarized and analyzed.Results A total of 382 patients received flexible ureteroscope combined with holmium laser lithotripsy.The follow-up visit to 11 patients failed;371 patients were included into analysis.The mean operation time was(82.9±19.3)min and it was shortened year by year(P ＜ 0.05).The stone elimination rate at the first stage was 88.7％ (329/371),showing no statistically significant difference between every two years (P ＞ 0.05);38 patients received second-stage operation after the failure of lithotripsy at the first stage,and the total stone elimination rate in the two stages was 98.9％ (363/367).The incidence of post-operative complications was 7.55％,showing no statistically significant difference between every two years (P ＞0.05).Conclusion Flexible ureteroscope combined with holmium laser lithotripsy can effectively eliminate upper urinary calculi;it is easy to grasp,and has high safety and obvious clinical advantage.关键词
