双源CT冠状动脉血管成像对单支冠状动脉变异的诊断价值

Abstract
Objective Analysis and evaluation of coronary dual-source CT angiography in diagnosis of adult single coronary artery.Methods 37980 patients examined by coronary dual-source CT angiography in our hospital were included,and single coronary artery in these patients were analyzed.Results In 37980 cases of coronary CTA,we detected 26 cases of single coronary artery,and the detection rate was about 0.068％.Patients with single coronary artery included 13 males and 13 females,with an average age of 62.23 ± 13.47.Detected single coronary artery included 8 cases of LⅠ,1 case of RⅠ,4 cases of LⅡ A,2 cases of LⅡ B,7 cases of RⅡ A,2 cases of RⅡ B and 2 cases of RⅡ P.Conclusions Dual-source CT coronary angiography can accurately evaluate single coronary artery and its subtypes,plays an important guiding role in clinical intervention and treatment.关键词
