摘要

Abstract

Many failure modes are encountered during the whole service life of pressure vessels at elevated temperature,including creep,creep-fatigue and so on.Therefore,the structural design of high temperature pressure vessel is the bottleneck and difficulty that restrict the realization of high technology process.Focusing on the creep and creep-fatigue failure modes,gives an introduction to the differences of ASME codes NB and NH on stress criteria,strain and deformation criteria,and creep-fatigue strength criteria.Meanwhile,an example of a catalyst for hydrogenation reactor is presented,using the elastic finite element method to discuss the main differences of fatigue strength between ASME codes NB and NH.
