摘要

Abstract

This paper based the global solution theory of fluid structure interaction,using numerical simulation method,the object of study is fluid and central tube in shell and tube heat exchanger,and the dynamic model and calculation method of fluid structure interactio in the central tube of the liquid filled cylinder are established.The vibration state of the central tube with different inlet and outlet positions along the different axial and circumferential directions of the shell is analyzed.Results show that:When the fluid inlet and outlet position changes along the axial position,the inlet position is certain,the more the fluid outlet position close to the entrance,the more the central tube vibrating violently,the farther away from the center of the cylinder,the center tube vibration intensity.When the position of the fluid inlet and outlet varies along the circumferential direction,the closer the fluid outlet position and the entrance position,the center tube vibration more intensity,that is the fluid angle of the inlet direction and the outlet direction is the most small,the central tube vibration is the most intensity.For this kind of pipe heat exchanger structure gateway design and provide theoretical basis for dynamic analysis of tube bundle.
