Abstract
As a typical heat exchanger is widely used in industry,waste heat boiler could be destroyed easily when subjecting to high thermal stress.Therefore,designers used to relieve the effect of thermal stress on boiler from the aspects of its structure and manufacturing technology.This paper introduced a structure feature as its sheet was welded by oblate tubes abreast,and presented the prestressed technology to relieve the deformation constraints between this heat exchanger′s main components (oblate tube,heat transfer tube and jacket).Based on the difference of thermal expansion between tubes and jacket tubes,6 kinds of pre-deformation value act on the oblate tube′s stress distribution and tubes′ axial tensile stress were analyzed through ANSYS.The results showed that pre-deformation of 7~9.45 mm can effectively reduce thermal stress and relieve the axial tensile stress of tubes.关键词
