夹套式塔器的固有频率计算方法研究
Research of Natural Frequency Calculating Method for Jacketed Tower
摘要
Abstract
As a kind of special tower,how to accurately calculate its natural frequency is the basis for strength calculation and vibration analysis.Based on NB/T 47041-2014 Tower Container,the jacketed tower of H/Di≥20 is simplified into a model of equal diameter but variable wall thickness.And a reduction factor α of sectional moment of inertia is used to describe the rigidity of the model.The plots of α which is related to Di/Dji,H/Di,δj/δt and Hj/H are calculated and drawn.According to these plots,this paper analyzes the weight of H/Di,δj/δt and Hj/H and eventually the formula of α is expressed.The deviation of results calculated by the method proposed in this paper and numerical simulation is less than 3%,this method can be a reference for calculating the natural frequency of jacketed tower.关键词
