摘要

Abstract

The residual stress and effect of the enamel coating at the nozzle of enamel equipment was investigated by simulating the cooling process in firing process with FE-analysis of Abaqus software.It was resulted that the maximal value of the major principle stress in enamel coating decreased with the increasing of the fillet radius R at the join corner of the nozzle.By the trend of the maximal value of the major principal stress with the fillet radius R,it was revealed that the maximal value increased rapidly with the decreasing of R when it was less than 6 mm,however,the maximal value decreased gently with the increasing of R when it was more than 15 mm.And the maximal value decreased with the decreasing of the coefficient difference of thermal expansion between the enamel and the metal substrate.The enamel thickness at join corner of the nozzle decrease would induce the residual stress decreasing with the decreasing of the major principal stress.
