Abstract
The numerical simulation of the header with two different flow structures was completed with the Realizable k-ε RNG turbulence model.The distribution of vorticity was studied on the basis of the vorticity data;the vortexes in the header of different structures at different speed were studied by calculating the vortex flux;the maximum flow unevenness amplitude and the comprehensive flow unevenness amplitude were used to study the vertical inlet header and the curved inlet header quantitatively.The result indicated that the fluid flow was more complicated in the header of vertical inlet under different condition.There was a large number of vortex inside the header.The rotational flow in the header of vertical inlet was also more vigorously.When the inlet velocity was 0.6 m/s,the flow unevenness amplitude of the vertical showed significantly higher than the curved.The flow uneven degree at this time between two different flow structures of header reached to maximum.关键词
