摘要
Abstract
Through macroscopic examination,fluorescent magnetic detection,chemical analysis,metallographic examination,fracture analysis and EDS method for DN50 seamless straight tee crack leakage reasons were analyzed,results showed that the tee in cold extrusion cracks formed on the inner wall of the manufacturing process,in the subsequent hydrostatic testing process of crack propagation through the wall thickness,resulted leakage.关键词
