Study on Bubble Burst Acoustic Emission Mechanism of Mild Steel Corrosion
摘要
Abstract
In order to define the bubble burst acoustic emission(AE) mechanism of mild steel corrosion,bubbles burst AE signal amplitude of hydrogen evolution corrosion was got with Knopoff theory,bubble burst away from bottom and near bottom was solved using Fluent,pressure change curve and displacement variation of the two condition was obtained,the results show that bubble burst of mild steel corrosion can be formed of some certain intensity AE source.At the same time,AE source mechanism experiment of mild steel corrosion was carry out,cathode bubbles burst process was studied through the test of polarization curve,AE source characteristics of bubble burst was got,AE source mechanism of bubble burst was verified.关键词
