Abstract
The medical equipment budgeting has become one of the important subjects of modern hospital management. This paper analyzed some problems existing in the process of budgeting of hospital equipment, and several aspects in the preparation of the annual equipment budget, such as rules and regulations, benefit prediction, scoring system and assessment process, was innovated and improved, which may be a reference to the other similar hospital.关键词
