Abstract
A kind of novel epoxy group- containing fluorosilicone surfactants (EFSS) was prepared by hy-drosilylation of hydrogen- containing polysiloxane (PHMS) with 2- perfluoro hexyl ethyl acrylate (TEAC6) and al-lyl epoxy polyoxyethylene ether (APEE500) in the presence of chloroplatinic acid catalyst. The reaction condi-tions such as reaction time, reaction temperature and the ratio of the reaction materials were investigated by using the single factor test. The optimum reaction conditions were determined. The chemical structure of EFSS was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Experimental results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as fol ows: reaction temperature was 85 ℃, reaction time was 5 h, n(APEE500):n(TEAC6)=6:2, n(C C):n(Si—H)=1.10:1. And spectra analysis showed that the expected product was synthesized. Deter-mined by the surface tensiometer, the critical micel e concentration (cmc) of EFSS was 1.8×10- 3 g/mL and the critical surface tension (γcmc) was 21.4 mN/m.关键词
