Abstract
The natural dye was extracted from the leaves of parthenocissus tricuspidata plach. The influ-ence of extraction temperature, extraction time, solid to liquid ratio and ethanol concentration on extraction and dyeing temperature, dyeing time and liquor ratio on silk dyeing were discussed by orthogonal test and sin-gle- factor experiments. And the soaping and rubbing colorfastness of dyed silk fabric was tested. The opti-mum extraction conditions were as fol ows: extracting at 90 ℃ for 80 min, solid to liquid ratio was 1:30 and 30% ethanol as an extraction solvent. The optimum dyeing technological conditions were as fol ows: dyeing at 70 ℃ for 85 min, and liquor ratio was 1:40. Furthermore, mordant dyeing could effectively improve the color-fastness of dyed silk fabric, and the soaping and rubbing colorfastness met the serviceability of the textile.关键词
