偶联剂复配对棉杆皮纤维聚乳酸板材的影响
Effect of coupling agent complex on the performance of cotton stalk bast fiber plates reinforced by polylactic acid

Abstract
The cotton stalk bast fiber was modified by complex couple agent, which was then made into flame retardant composite plates by melt- blending with PLA to further reinforce the mechanical strength of the composite plates. In the experiment, the cotton stalk bast fiber was modified with couple agent that was compounded by two of the A171 silane coupling agent, the silane coupling agent KH550 type, and the titanate coupling agent TC114 type. Through the orthogonal experiment analysis, the optimal process was as fol ows:to compound the A171 silane coupling agent and the silane coupling agent KH550 type, the dosage of cou-pling agent was 3%, the ratio of two kinds of coupling agent was 1:1. The impact strength, bending strength and tensile strength of composite plates were able to achieve the optimal. Compared to the unmodified plates, each index of mechanical strength improved dramatical y.关键词
