摘要

Abstract

The tussah silk fibroin (TSF) was treated by ultralow temperature. The properties of TSF before and after ultralow temperature treatment was tested. The research results showed that silk fibroinⅠ of struc-ture had been changed to silk fibroinⅡ, which structure were stil made of β- helix structure, random curl andβ- folding structure. The crystal inity and breaking strength of TSF were both decreased with ultralow tempera-ture treatment time increasing except hygroscopic moisture regain and breaking elongation. Meanwhile, the max change interval of above indexes were al in 0~5 h.
