Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of endoscopic naso-biliarydrainage (ENBD) in the treatment of biliary leakage after laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) for acute cholecystitis.Methods The clinic data of 8 cases with biliary leakage after laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) for acute cholecystitis treated with ENBD were analyzed retrospectively.Results All of the patients with biliary leakages were cured with ENBD successfully.Among them, there were 6 cases of cystic duct stump leaks, 1 case of common bile duct leak, 1 case of common hepatic duct leak.All of the cases were treated with ENBD after confirmed with biliary leakage within 24 hours;one patient with common bile duct stones were treated with endoscopic sphincterotomy and then were treated with ENBD.Conclusion Endoscopic naso-biliary drainage (ENBD) is a safe and effective method to treat biliary leakage after LC for acute cholecystitis, with benefits of minimally invasive, less applications, etc.关键词
