Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic hypophysin injection in the treatment of tubal interstitial pregnancy.Method A total of 63 cases of interstitial tubal pregnancy were divided into observation group(33 cases) and control group(30 cases).Patients in observation group were injected with the pituitary posterior lobe around the lesion, and the incision was performed after the peripheral line of the lesion.Patients in control group were treated under the same steps with the observation group, but without hypophysin.The operation time, blood loss, postoperative blood HCG conversion time and the incidence of persistent ectopic pregnancy.Result Both the 63 cases were performed laparoscopic surgery.The operation time and the amount of bleeding in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in postoperative blood HCG conversion time (P>0.05).No persistent ectopic pregnancy occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Laparoscopic hypophysin injection in treatment of tubal interstitial pregnancy can significantly shorten the operation time and reduce the amount of bleeding during operation, is a safe and effective way to stop bleeding.关键词
