腹腔镜结直肠肿瘤根治术23例临床分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic radical operation for colorectal cancer.Methods Twenty-three cases of colorectal cancer were treated with corresponding laparoscopic radical operation according to the tumor locations.Results Laparoscopic colorectal tumor resections were successfully performed in 23 patients, no patient was converted to open surgery;the operative time was 130-245(164±36)min;the intraoperative blood loss was 50-300(120±40)mL;the number of colon lymph nodes was 11-24(16±3);the number of rectal lymph nodes was 4-15(9±2);bowel function recovery time was 32-60(40±12)h.Postoperative wound infection occurred in 2 cases, no patients with postoperative bleeding, No anastomotic leakage and other complications occurred, and the overall complication rate was 8.7%.All patients were discharged, no patients died during perioperative.Both 22 patients were followed up from 6 months to 28 months,2 patients died of abdominal widespread metastasis,and other patients with no recurrence and distant metastasis occur.Conclusion Laparoscopic radical operation for colorectal cancer is safe and feasible, it is possible to achieve the desired therapeutic effect, and can be widely applied.关键词
