微生态制剂协同根除儿童幽门螺旋杆菌的疗效

Abstract
Objective To evaluate efficacy and Helicobacter pylori eradication rate of microecologics for children with peptic ulcer and allergic to penicillin.Methods Children with duodenal ulcer and allergic to penicillin were divided into group A(treated without bifico)and group B(treated with bifico)for Helicobacter pylori eradication treatment for 2 weeks.Gastroscopy and C13 breath test were conducted to detect therapeutic effects 4 weeks later after drug withdrawal.Results ①Peptic ulcer cure rates were 75.0％ in group A and 93.8％ in group B;②Helicobacter pylori eradication rates were 62.5％ in group A and 87.5％ in group B;③Ulcer healing rates were 100％ in patients with Helicobacter pylori eradication and 37.5％ in patients without Helicobacter pylori eradication;④The incidences of adverse reaction were 18.75％ in group A and 6.25％ in group B.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Proton pump inhibitors such as omeprazole,furazolidone and clarithromycin with strictly dose control are proved to be safe and effective for children.Microecologics can increase Helicobacter pylori eradication rate and ulcer healing rate for children who were allergic to penicillin.关键词
