Abstract
Objective To investigate therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of pituitrin in patients with pulmonary inactive tuberculosis complicated with massive hemoptysis.Methods This retrospective analysis was performed in department of respiratory medicine,Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University during Jun.2013 to Aug.2016.Patients with pulmonary inactive tuberculosis complicated with massive hemoptysis were divided into conventional therapy group(n=11)and pituitrin group(n=20).Hemostatic effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Therapeutic effects in pituitrin group were superior to those in conventional therapy group(P<0.05).Hemostatic time in pituitrin group was shorter than that in conventional therapy group(P<0.05).The rate of adverse reactions in pituitrin group was significantly higher than that in conventional therapy group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pituitrin has definite therapeutic effects in patients with pulmonary inactive tuberculosis complicated with massive hemoptysis.But the rate of adverse reactions is higher than conventional therapy.关键词
