Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of TLR-2 and NF-κB in placental tissues of premature labor and their relationships with preterm delivery.Methods 20 cases spontaneous preterm labor from Oct.2015 to Oct.2016 in our hospital were selected as observation group and 20 cases normal pregnant women were selected as control group.The expression levels of TLR-2 and NF-κB in placenta tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR method.Results The positive expression rates of TLR-2 and NF-κB in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The expression level of TLR-2RNA in observation group(1.65±0.15)was higher than that in control group(0.98±0.18)(P<0.05).The expression level of NF-κB mRNA in observation group(1.67±0.16)was higher than that in control group(1.01±0.15)(P<0.05).Conclusion Premature activation of inflammation may be one of the causes for premature labor.关键词
