Synthesis and Application of Hyperbranched Poly(amido amine) Demulsifier

Abstract
N-acryloyl-1,2-diaminoethane hydrochloridthe(ADE) was firstly synthesized, and then cationic hyperbranched poly(N-acryloyl-1,2-diaminoethane hydrochloride)(HADE) was prepared by Michael addition reaction of ADE and the structures were characterized in detail.The HADE was utilized as demulsifier for simulating oil/water(O/W) emulsion containing 5% mass fraction kerosene and the result indicates that the oil removal rate can be up to 95.6% at 50 ℃ when HADE demulsifier content ratio is 200 mg/L, impolying a good prospective of HADE demulsifier in demulsification and oil-removal.关键词
