经伤椎钉棒固定与跨伤椎钉棒固定治疗胸腰段椎体爆裂性骨折效果的比较
Comparison of Clinical Effects between Transpedicular Fixation and Pedicle Screw Fixation at Injured Level on Treatment of Thoracolumbar Burst Fractures

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of transpedicular fixation and pedicle screw fixation at the injured level on treatment of thoracolumbar burst fractures.Methods From June 2009 and January 2012,total 32 patients with burst fracture were hospitalized in our institutes and firstly treated with pedicle screw fixation,and then the patiens were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in observation group and control group were treated with pedicle screw fixation at the injured level and transpedicular fixation,respectively.The operation time,bleeding volume,wound length,incidence of complications,cobb angle at different time points,height of anterior fractured vertebral body and VAS score were recorded and statistically analyzed.Results There was no statistical differences in operation time,bleeding volume,wound length between two groups,however there were significant differences in cobb angle,height of anterior fractured vertebral body,VAS scores at one week,three months,six months and one year postoperation;Danis scores and functional scores at one year postoperation were significant differences between two groups.Conclusion Pedicle screw fixation at the injured levelcould be effectively used for treating thoracolumbar burst fractures with its benefit of height recovery and degree maintain of fracture vertebral body.关键词
