鄂西北地区斯氏狸殖吸虫病血清流行病学调查研究
Investigation of Serum Epidemiology of Paragonimiasis Skrjabin in Shiyan Region

Abstract
Objective To investigate the epidemic tendency and distribution of paragonimiasis skrjabin in Shiyan region.Methods Five investigation sites were randomly selected from five counties.The 2.0 mL venous blood was collected to detect specific antibody of IgG by ELISA and DIGFA.Results ELISA and DIGFA-kit were used to detect the serum samples of 2 961 cases,the positive rates of antibodies was 4.29％ (127/2 961).The highest positive rate was 8.28％ (56/676)in Danjiangkou,the lowest positive rate was 2.89％ (16/554) in Fangxian,there was significant differences between them(P＜ 0.01).Analysis of the age distribution showed that the highest score was found in children under 10-year old is 5.92％ (17/287),followed by the 10 to 19 years old,the positive rate was 5.6％ (32/562).The lowest score was 2.61％ (11/421) in the people between 50 to 59 years old.There was significant difference among them(P＜0.01).And the positive rates of male and female were 4.37％ (69/1 578) and 4.19％ (58/1 283),respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion There is paragonimiasis in Hubei province Shiyan city,comprehensive control meas-ures should be carried out for Paragonimus skrjabin infection.关键词
