摘要

Abstract

Objective To optimize the microwave extraction process of atractylodin from Atractylodes lancea and determine the content of atractylodin.Methods The microwave extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test with solid to liquid ratio,microwave power and extraction time as factors and using the extraction efficiency of atractylodin as index.The content determination of atractylodin was performed by RP-HPLC method.Results The optimum parameters of extraction technology was a ratio of solid/liquid 1 ∶ 30 (g/mL),the extraction solvent of 75% ethanol,microwave power of 600 W for 5 min at the temperature of 50 ℃.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (80 ∶ 20) and the detective wave length was set at 334 nm,the linear range of atractylodin was 4.69 ~ 93.72 μg/mL (r =0.9999) and the average recovery was 99.56% with the RSD of 1.59%,(n=9).Conclusion The optimized process condition is simple and practicable,and the determination method of atractylodin is accurate and reliable.
