Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum vitamin D level and the incidence of asthma in preschool children.Methods The study included 53 preschool children with asthma and 30 healthy preschool children.The serum levels of vitamin D was determined and FeNO test was performed,and the children's weight,past suffering from allergic rhinitis,eczema,smoking exposure,family history,pets and the asthma predictive index of two groups were all statistically analyzed.Results Compared with healidren,the serum vitamin D levels of children with asthma were significantly decreased,but FeNO were significantly increased,the ratio of allergic diseases history,smoking exposure,family history of asthma were obviously higher in asthma children.In the children with asthma,the asthma predictive index positive ones had lower serum 25-(OH)-VitD level than the negative ones.Conclusion The serum levels of vitaminD was significantly decreased in children with asthma than in normal children,the supplement of vitamin D may be helpful for their treatment.关键词
