精神病患者照顾者体验量表的汉化及信效度分析
Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of experience of caregiving inventory in psychiatric patients

Abstract
Objective To translate the Experience of Caregiving Inventory(ECI) into Chinese and test the reliability and validition of the Chinese version of ECI.Methods The original ECI was translated into Chinese and modified for cultural adaptation.Totally 173 caregivers of psychiatric patients were investigated with Chinese version of ECI to test the reliability and validity by exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,internal consistency analysis and intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC).Results Factor analysis indicated 10 factors those explained 53.28% of the total variances.The Cronbach's a of ECI was 0.881 and the ICC was 0.866 in this study.The Cronbach's a of each demension was ranged from 0.501~0.842.The correlation coefficient between each dimension score and the total score ranged from 0.287 to 0.729.Conclusion The ECI was proved to be reliable and valid and can be used to assess the experience of caregiving of the psychiatric patients in China.关键词
