Abstract
Objective: To explore the Bifidobacterium triple bacteria on constipation type of irritable bowel syndrome in elderly patients with defecation situation analysis.Methods for 82 cases of constipation in Xide County Maternal and child protection of irritable bowel syndrome in elderly patients,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group with Mosapride,treatment group in the control group of Bifidobacterium triple bacteria preparation for treatment.The therapeutic effects of two groups were observed.Results after treatment,the total efficiency of observation group,IL-6 and IL-8,TNF-alpha,inflammatory factors were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the adverse reactions of the two groups of patients had no significant difference (P>0.05).Have a very significant conclusion the curative effect of Bifidobacterium triple bacteria on constipation type of irritable bowel syndrome in elderly patients,it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
