静脉留置针在儿科优质护理中的临床效果观察

Abstract
objective :To observe the clinical effect of intravenous indwelling needle in pediatric intensive care.Methods 78 cases of pediatric patients with venous indwelling needle in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were randomly divided into routine group and high quality group,each with a total of 39 cases.The conventional group received routine nursing care,the high quality group received high quality nursing,and the incidence of adverse reactions was recorded in two groups.Results the success rate of first puncture,indwelling time of intravenous needle and incidence of adverse reactions were better than those of conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion the implementation of high quality nursing care for children with intravenous indwelling needle can effectively improve the clinical effect,improve the safety of puncture,and has high clinical value.关键词
