摘要
Abstract
objective :To evaluate the curative effect of calcium antagonists,combined with spironolactone in the treatment of angiotensin receptor blockers and diuretics for refractory hypertension.Methods from March 2015 to March 2016 where the Department selected 80 patients with refractory hypertension were retrospectively analyzed,using the method of random number,all patients were divided into control group and the experimental group,each group of samples of 40 cases,control group routine treatment,the experimental group used spironolactone therapy on the basis of conventional treatment,compared two groups of patients and the improvement of blood pressure.The reference for the treatment effect and improve blood pressure Well,the experimental group,P<0.05;compared with the control group of patients with adverse reaction rate,the experimental group was lower,P<0.05.conclusion combined with spironolactone therapy on the basis of conventional treatment in patients with refractory hypertension,the treatment effect is prominent,is worthy of reference.关键词
