摘要
Abstract
objective: to analyze the clinical nursing effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative period of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation surgery.Methods: This study selected sample cases for 88 patients with perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer in our hospital,were grouped to draw,be in 44 cases of perioperative routine care of patients as the control group,44 cases of perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention of patients as the experimental group,comparison and evaluation of clinical nursing the effect of the 2 groups of patients.Results: compared with the control group,nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group,the cure rate were improved significantly,while the complication rate is significantly reduced,more than 2 groups compare difference analysis by statistical software,the results were P<0.05,statistical significance of the formation.Conclusion: the comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative period of gastric and duodenal ulcer perforation surgery has the exact nursing effect,it is worthy of application and promotion in clinical nursing.关键词
