胸腔镜手术治疗包裹性胸膜炎36例治疗体会
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery in the treatment of encapsulated pleurisy.Methods: 36 patients with encapsulated tuberculous pleurisy were selected and combined with chest CT to locate the pleural effusion.Results: 36 cases of patients with thoracoscopic surgery in the treatment of 2 cases of open chest surgery,postoperative chest CT review of good recovery,no significant complications of surgery.Conclusion: thoracoscopy in the treatment of localized encapsulated pleurisy has the characteristics of less trauma,less bleeding,thorough treatment and faster postoperative recovery.关键词
