Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Chinese medicine Xuanju compound capsule combined with Yuzhiyuanchewing tablet for the treatment of oligoasthenospermia.Methods: From September 2014 to December 2016,90 cases of patients with oligoasthenospermia were randomly assigned to group-A,group-B and group-C,each group had 30 cases.The A group used Chinese medicine Xuanju compound capsule combined with Yuzhiyuanchewing tablet for treatment,group B served the patients with Chinese medicine Xuanju compound capsule,and group C served patients with Yuzhiyuan chewing tablet oral.Before and after the treatment,the semen parameters,peripheral serum sex hormones and semen biochemical indexes were detected.Results: 1.Compared with before treatment,A group and C group were significantly increased sperm concentration (P<0.05);A group and B group (grade-a and grade a+b) and sperm motility rate increased significantly (P<0.05);2.Patients of A group and B group were significantly increased in the sex hormone level index of peripheral serum (FSH,LH and T) (P<0.05);3 Compared with before treatment,the patients of A group and B group was significantly increased with seminal fructose level index(P<0.05),the patients of A group and C group were significantly increased with seminal plasma zinc levels(P<0.05),the patients of A group and B patients were significantly increased in the seminal plasma of alpha glucosidase level(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Chinese medicine Xuanju compound capsule combined with Yuzhiyuanchewing tabletfor the oligoasthenospermia patients can promote the peripheral blood sex hormone secretion,improve sperm motility and density,improve semen quality.关键词
