摘要
Abstract
objective: to analysis of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning the clinical emergency treatment methods and effect of respiratory failure.Method: extract the hospital in March 2015-September 2016 admitted during the period of 56 patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,then according to random number table method of 56 cases were divided into observation group and control group,control group selection foundation treatment,observe the ventilator therapy group,to compare the clinical curative effect after treatment in both groups.Results: observation group and control group patients before treatment of PaO2,PaCO2 and pH value by comparison (P > 0.05,statistically significant,but PaO2,PaCO2 and pH value after treatment by contrast (P < 0.05,presents the statistical significance.Conclusion: in patients with severe respiratory failure caused by organophosphorus pesticide poisoning on the basis of the foundation treatment of the treatment of breathing machine,can improve the patients,to ensure the therapeutic effect.关键词
