腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻应用综合护理干预的效果研究

Abstract
Objective to study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal operation. Method: Methods 80 patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction in our hospital from March 2015 to ~2016 in March were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing measures. To compare the two groups of patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal function recovery time, patient satisfaction with care. Result: The observation group of patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05); the observation group of patients with gastrointestinal function recovery time was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05); patients in the observation group nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). conclusion: Abdominal surgery on patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention significantly reduced in patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction incidence, shorten the gastrointestinal function recovery time, improve nursing satisfaction, is worthy of clinical application.关键词
