摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analysis the sleep duration, sleep quality and it's influencing factors among clinical trial monitors in China, and to provide scientific basis for sleep quality improvement in occupational population. Methods: Random sampling was applied to select 281 clinical trial supervisors. The questionnaire including basic information, sleep quality, dietary intake and physical exercise status was carried out from January to May in 2016. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale (PSQI) was used to evaluate the sleep duration and sleep quality, and multiple linear regression models were applied to analyze the influence factors of sleep quality. [Results] The average PSQI score of the 281 subjects was 6.21±3.4, and their average sleep duration was 6.75±0.87 hours, among which 117(41.64%)subjects had poor sleep quality. There was no significant difference in sleep quality between different genders (P> 0.05). According to the multivariate linear regression analysis, it can be found that physical exercise score and, vegetable intake score were negatively correlated with PSQI score, being the protective factors of sleep quality (P <0.05), while sub-health symptom score, BMI values and alcohol intake score were positively correlated with PSQI score, being the risk factors (P <0.05). The factors influencing sleep quality in order were physical exercise, sub-health symptom, vegetable intake, disease, BMI values, and alcohol intake. Conclusion: The sleep quality of clinical trial monitors was generally bad and their sleep time was less than the recommended sleep time of the adults, that is, 7-9 hours per night. By strengthening physical exercise, actively improving the sub-health situation, maintaining adequate intake of vegetables and drinking control, the quality of sleep could be improved.关键词
