摘要
Abstract
Objective Objective to investigate the effect of new dressing in the treatment of deep second degree burn wounds . method Methods 100 patients with deep second degree burn were divided into observation group and control group, each group had 50 cases ,The observation group was treated with a new dressing,The control group was treated with MEBO,Comparison of two groups of pain, dressing change times, the satisfaction of dressing change.Result The observation group was better than the control group in terms of pain, dressing change and satisfaction with dressing change ,The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.01).conclusion Debridement and treatment of deep partial thickness burn wound with new dressing,Can accelerate the dissolution of necrotic tissue,Reduce the number of dressing change,To reduce the pain and wound healing and promote wound healing,Improve patient satisfaction.关键词
