血必净对头颈部肿瘤放疗口腔黏膜反应的影响
摘要
Abstract
Objective to investigate the effect of Xuebijing injection combined with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy of oral mucosal injury in head and neck malignant tumor. Methods 60 patients with head and neck cancer were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group. Each group of 30 cases, three dimensional conformal radiotherapy treatment, the total dose of 50 ~ 72Gy 28 ~ 40 times 5.6 ~ 8 weeks to complete. The treatment group before radiotherapy intravenous injection of Xuebijing injection point. Results in the treatment group, the oral mucosa reaction was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Xuebijing can reduce head and neck malignant tumor radiotherapy oral mucosa injury, improve the quality of life of patients, does not affect the clinical efficacy.关键词
