Abstract
Objective: To study the effects of mifepristone combined with misoprostol for termination of 5 ~ 12 weeks of uterine scar pregnancy, can reduce bleeding, tissue residue, uterine perforation and abortion failure and other complications, reduce the operation risk, improve surgical safety, efficacy. Method: Methods 100 cases of uterine scar pregnancy from 5 to 12 weeks were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 50 cases. The study group was given mifepristone and Misoprostol Tablets and then completed the abortion according to the situation. In the control group, the negative pressure aspiration was performed before the operation. Conclusion: There was no significant difference between the two groups in age, gestational age, but there were significant differences in operation time, blood loss, operation difficulty and success rate.关键词
